Once again, Kinoko Otoko returned to the Battle Plane with the next 2 fighters. These fighters were capable of fighting brutally when they needed to: Chewbacca and Piccolo. The following is the official account of Battle 3...

Once again, Kinoko Otoko brought the two contestants to the Battle Plane, briefing them on the rules. After ascending to his referee platform, he allowed the contestants a few moments to prepare themselves. "I'll finish this fight now, and there will be no contest!" yelled Piccolo, preparing to lunge at Chewbacca. "You will wait until I start the battle, Contestant, or you will FEEL MY WRATH!" yelled Kinoko angrily, his Kabi Katana ready. Piccolo shot him an angry look, but stood and waited. Kinoko Otoko watched as Chewbacca growled, showing that he was ready. Kinoko then announced: "Let the battle...BEGIN!" With that, Piccolo lunged at Chewbacca, punching him in the chest, but only moving the Wookie back a few inches. With that, Chewbacca returned the punch, knocking Piccolo back several feet. "Want to play tough, eh?" sneered Piccolo, as he powered up an Ultimate Ki Blast and fired it at Chewbacca. Chewbacca jumped out of the way in an attempt to dodge it, but was too late, resulting in a severe burn of his entire right leg. Growling in anger, Chewbacca pulled a Ryyk Blade from his bandolier and jumped at Piccolo, slicing deep into his stomach, and with another slash into his left leg. Piccolo yelled in pain, surprised by the Wookie's attack, and jumped back several feet. Using his Mystic Attack, he extended his arms, and grabbed Chewbacca, who was surprised by the attack. Piccolo pulled him back and kicked him 30 feet away. As Chewbacca stood up, Piccolo shot him with his Eye Beam, but Chewbacca dodged, having only his left shoulder singed by the beam. Angrily growling, Chewbacca pulled his bowcaster from its holder and fired several shots at Piccolo, hitting him successfully in one of his eyes. Piccolo, somewhat blinded, was not able to notice the large Wookie bounding at him until Chewbacca was right in front of him. As he tried to regain his strength, Chewbacca, in a fit of anger, ripped off Piccolo's arm, which he knocked him back several feet with. Piccolo managed to stand up after a moment or two, and with a loud grunt, regenerated his arm. He then aimed two fingers at Chewbacca and shot his Special Beam Cannon at the Wookie, who managed to jump to the side of the beam. However, the beam was still able to hit his right side, knocking him back 100 feet, and leaving him stunned. Kinoko Otoko saw that the Wookie didn't move after a few minutes, and jumped down to check him out. Piccolo laughed to himself, confident that the Dragonball Z fighters would have their third victory in a row. Suddenly, Chewbacca stood up, and with a mighty growl, began running at Piccolo. With a mighty lunge, he barreled directly into Piccolo, who did not realize the danger of standing in front of a raging Wookie. Chewbacca pushed him 10 feet backwards, then smashed him into the ground. With a triumphant growl, Chewbacca beat his chest and waited for Kinoko Otoko to check out Piccolo. Kinoko Otoko looked down at the Namek, seeing that he was struggling to sit up, but could not. With a last surge of anger, he raised his hand at Chewbacca and show a Ki Blast, which the Wookie easily dodged, then fell unconscious. Kinoko Otoko chuckled to himself, then raised his hand and announced: "The Winner of Round Three is...Chewbacca!" The Wookie gave another celebratory growl, and was transported back to his place on the Millenium Falcon. Kinoko Otoko poked Piccolo with his Kabi Katana, then had him transported to Kami's Lookout, where he was given a Senzu bean to recover. With that, he left the Plane, journeying to retrieve the next two contestants.
